Job summary

Meijer in Canada is seeking a store leadership professional to oversee onboarding, training, development and coaching to support success. You will identify talent and engage in career discussions to build a strong, diverse pipeline for store staff and leadership roles.

You will manage area operations and financial results, drive safety, and ensure adherence to store procedures while guiding Team Leaders to deliver exceptional customer service and measurable sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of retail/grocery or customer service experience.
• Progressive leadership experience preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate with team members to provide clear and precise direction.
