Walmart Canada is hiring for a General Merchandise role in Ville Saint Laurent, QC. You will assist leadership, ensure customer service excellence, and help drive department performance through coaching, training, and supervision of associates.

The role focuses on task coordination, scheduling reviews, and maintaining a safe work environment while supporting recruitment and onboarding efforts. This is a store-based position with everyday responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Provides excellent customer service by greeting customers and promoting products/services.
• Leads team by coordinating tasks and conducting daily huddles.
• Mentors associates through teaching and training and provides feedback.
• Ensures safety and maintains a clean, hazard-free work environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in locating merchandise and making decisions.
• Coordinate task completion and delegate daily priorities with the General Merchandise Coach and Store Management Team.
• Assess department presentation and implement merchandising displays as needed.
• Lead daily Team Huddle and communicate updates, goals, and productivity metrics.
