Job summary

COGIR Real Estate in Brossard invites applications for a Permanent: Full Time General Manager position at L'EMERITE DE BROSSARD. The role reports to regional management and oversees daily facility operations, budgets, and staff engagement to deliver exceptional resident service.

We seek a leader with RPA or operations management experience, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit. On-site work with a welcoming, tight-knit team is offered along with performance rewards.

Qualifications

• Experience in RPA and/or operations management.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook recommended.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service to residents.
• Receive feedback from residents and treat them as opportunities for improvement.
• Set and ensure quality standards for each service.
• Manage budgets and ensure the profitability of the property.
• Mobilize teams and maintain employee engagement.
• Ensure the optimization of human resources in a context of operational and financial efficiency.
• Lead internal management committees and attend various meetings of the organization.
• Evaluate the executives under responsibility and lead the annual evaluation processes.
• All other related tasks.

Purpose of the position

Reporting to the regional management and working closely with the on-site team, the general manager's responsibilities include planning, organizing, and directing all activities of the facility while ensuring a work environment that fosters employee growth and engagement.

Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :
