A leading property management company in Canada is seeking a General Manager to oversee a portfolio of 44 properties in Regina. The role requires extensive experience in commercial real estate and team leadership. The ideal candidate will manage budgets, capital projects, and vendor relationships while leading a dedicated team. Your New Company
You will be working for a National property management company with a large portfolio of mixed commercial property across Canada. Due to a departure they are in need of a new General Manager to support an 40+ property portfolio in Regina.
Your New Role
You will report into the VP of Property Management and be responsible for supporting a 44 property commercial portfolio across Regina. You will have a team of 5 direct reports (Snr PM, APM, 2 PA's Receptionist) who will be assisting with the day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire portfolio as well as directly managing 20 properties, managing budgets, reporting, capital projects & leading the team.
What You'll Need to Succeed
My client is looking for someone who has 10+ years experience within commercial real estate. You will have strong experience as a commercial property manager, and be experienced in leading a team of staff. You will be comfortable with creating budgets, overseeing capital projects and liaising with vendors and contractors. You must be comfortable with managing both a portfolio and a team.
What You Will Get in Return
You will receive a base salary of up to $120,000, bonuses (approximately $30k+), benefits, 4 weeks vacation and a host of other perks. This is a great opportunity for a PM looking to take that step up to a senior position or an established GM looking for a new challenge.
