Expretio Technologies, a leader in pricing optimization and transport intelligence, is looking for a passionate General Manager. This role focuses on building customer relationships, driving operational improvements, and ensuring revenue growth. Ideal candidates will have substantial industry experience and a proven track record in leadership and management. A strong background in business or engineering, along with fluency in French or Spanish, is preferred.
This position is open to candidates who can work remotely from the United States and Canada.

We are seeking a General Manager to guide Expretio into its next phase of success. Supported by the Modaxo model for success, the General Manager builds strong customer and partner relationships by being accountable for understanding, anticipating, and acting on customer and partner needs. They would gain a deep knowledge of the competitive environment to help cement the Company’s differentiation with customers. The General Manager is a visionary who craves a detailed view and understanding of operations to drive every aspect of their business. They will be able to deal and negotiate effectively with government and customer agencies, financial officials, and other executives outside the company while championing Modaxo’s business, legal, and financial practices and policies.
The success of the General Manager is measured by Net Revenue growth, bookings, BQR and Core ratios, attrition, working capital ratio, IRR for new initiatives, employee attrition, and CX.
