This pivotal role is responsible for driving the growth and evolution of Motor Gear Trader, building a high-performing team with industry expertise, and enhancing the Motor Gear Trader platform to meet client needs and excel in the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Prepare Motor Gear Trader for its official launch and potential IPO readiness.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and long-term growth.

Operational Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with company goals.

Manage the design, development, and deployment of the initial beta platform.

Establish and implement operational plans, performance strategies, and reports.

Monitor and control operational costs, budgets, and forecasts to maximize profitability.

Team Development:

Make key personnel decisions, including hiring, compensation, promotions, and performance management, in accordance with Estoras Group policies.

Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration within the team.

Customer and Stakeholder Relations:

Maintain strong customer relationships at all levels, focusing on satisfaction and retention.

Collaborate with clients to understand challenges and deliver tailored business strategies.

Manage relationships with investors, ensuring transparency and trust.

Project Management:

Deliver Motor Gear Trader projects on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Prepare comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and change requests.

Address and resolve conflicts while managing client-related requests effectively.
