Qualifications

• Experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a high-volume restaurant.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a management team.
• Fluency in French and English; strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management and day-to-day performance of the restaurant.
• Lead, coach, and develop the management team.
• Foster collaboration between front-of-house, kitchen, and events teams.
• Maintain high standards of service, guest experience, and operational quality.
• Oversee financial planning and monitor key performance indicators.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the restaurant’s strategic direction.
• Ensure smooth operations during high-volume periods.
• Promote employee engagement and development.
• Work with support functions across the organization.
• Anticipate staffing needs based on business levels.
• Maintain strong floor presence and cross-department communication.
