Heli-One is one of the world's leading helicopter maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) providers, supporting civil and government operators across multiple continents. We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded leader to serve as our next General Manager in Canada.

This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of aircraft maintenance, modification, overhaul and repair activities while leading a large operational workforce in a highly regulated aviation environment. The role is accountable for safety, quality, operational performance, customer delivery workforce capability, achieving financial targets and continuous improvement across the business

The Opportunity

Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead one of Heli-One's most important maintenance operations, ensuring exceptional customer outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of aviation safety, regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

You will provide leadership across production, planning, quality execution, workforce capability and customer delivery while helping shape the future growth of the business.

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes

What We're Looking For

  • Significant leadership experience within aviation maintenance, aerospace manufacturing, MRO, defence or a similarly regulated technical environment.
