General Manager LOCATION: As a General Manager at Polymershapes, you will operate with an entrepreneurial mindset to develop and execute both the vision and the strategy for your business. The General Manager is responsible for the strategic business plan, sales goals, financial decisions, inventory management, warehouse operations, personnel management, and more.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Driving sales growth, operations, and financial performance of a multi-million dollar business by developing & executing a growth-oriented sales plan focused on servicing our diverse markets.
2. Establishing team goals & objectives, measuring performance, providing feedback, developing talent, and fostering personal accountability.
3. Leading & managing a sales force with proven ability.
4. Knowledge of inventory management practices & processes.
5. Strong business writing and verbal presentation skills, including storytelling in both formats.

Preferred qualifications include experience in plastics or industrial distribution.
