We are committed to delivering exceptional service, personalized guidance, and immigration strategies that help clients achieve their U.S. business and residency goals. We're seeking a talented and driven General Manager to lead our daily operations.

Position Overview

As General Manager, you will oversee the daily functions of the company, ensuring smooth operations across client services, internal processes, and team management. You will act as the operational backbone of the business and work closely with the CEO to implement business strategies and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the firm across all departments
  • Conduct client consultations and ensure quality service delivery
  • Coordinate immigration case flow and project timelines
  • Monitor and optimize internal processes and productivity
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Implement and track KPIs to evaluate team performance
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives and client outreach strategies
  • Handle basic HR tasks, scheduling, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance standards
  • Identify and implement process improvements for client satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Manage and lead staff, including immigration consultants and administrative support

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of management or operations experience
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Client-facing experience with strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with experience in project management and team supervision
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, productivity tools, and basic HR / finance systems
  • Annual salary of $65,000 - $75,000 CAD
  • Performance bonuses based on business and individual targets
  • Full benefits package (extended health, dental, vision)
  • Paid vacation and sick leave
