What You’ll Do

• Oversee day-to-day operations alongside a team of dedicated managers, ensuring exceptional service across all touchpoints
• Lead with vision and integrity, guiding your team through every shift with purpose and enthusiasm
• Communicate clearly and consistently with all departments to ensure seamless execution of service
• Uphold and elevate the Hawksworth standard—no cutting corners, only the best will do
• Support our operational systems, from team processes to technology platforms
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in a fine dining environment
• A strong, hands-on leader who leads by example and holds the team to high standards
• A sharp eye for detail and an uncompromising commitment to excellence
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A sense of humor and the ability to keep your cool when things get busy
  
  

Bonus Points For

• A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management
• Experience with guest reservation platforms and Squirrel POS (preferred but not required)
