  • Conduct regular site visits to maintain operational alignment and support local leadership teams.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and regional growth initiatives as the organization continues to expand.
Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success managing multi-site or regional operations.
  • Proven accountability for P&L performance, budgeting, and operational results.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence and develop teams.
  • Experience overseeing large operational teams through indirect leadership structures.
  • Background in industrial, logistics, manufacturing, aviation, transportation, or heavy operational environments.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20–30% to support regional operations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to drive operational improvements and growth.
  • Experience in rail or industrial rail operations is considered an asset but is not required.
Compensation & Benefits
