As a General Manager at Duke’s Refresher, you will be responsible for:

• Upholding high standards for food, service, and financial management.
• Training and supervising Team Members and Managers on restaurant procedures.
• Providing leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Building a productive partnership with the Chef.
• Understanding and interpreting P&L statements and financial data.
• Managing time effectively and paying attention to detail.
• Spreading enthusiasm and energy to staff.
• Having 3-5 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Comfort with computers and learning new software.
• Managing restaurant operations with attention to hospitality, fun, and a winning mindset.
• Managing sales goals, inventory, cash, and other analytical tasks.
• Experience with scheduling, labor, product cost control, and team development.
• Possessing a Smart Serve Certification.
• Knowledge of provincial employment laws.
