Job summary

Le Germain Hotel Toronto Mercer location seeks a General Manager who leads by example, ensuring that the activities and operations of a hotel complex drive strong financial performance and deliver a memorable guest experience.

You will motivate teams, coach and develop staff, and engage with the community, aligning with Germain's culture of hospitality. Diploma or degree required; 5–10 years in hotel management and F&B experience preferred; salary 115k–165k CAD with a discretionary bonus plan.

The annual salary for this role is between 115 000$ and 165 000$, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This position may be eligible for anannual discretionary bonus in accordance with the current bonus plan.
