Job summary

Le Germain Hotels in Toronto is seeking a General Manager to lead operations at the Mercer location, ensuring strong financial performance and a memorable guest experience. This hands-on role requires building a cohesive team and delivering on Germain's culture of unreasonable hospitality.

You will manage all hotel activities, drive guest satisfaction, coach staff, and actively engage with the community to raise brand awareness and property visibility.

Qualifications

• Diploma in hotel management or bachelor degree in management.
• 5 to 10 years' experience as a general or operations manager in a hotel—luxury or boutique.
• Natural ability to coach, inspire, and mobilize teams.
• Professionalism, enthusiasm, initiative, and customer service skills.
• Good analytical skills and ability to manage time and priorities.

The annual salary for this role is between 115 000$ and 165 000$, depending on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. This position may be eligible for anannual discretionary bonus in accordance with the current bonus plan.
