Job summary

Germain Hotels group is seeking a General Manager for Alt Hotel Calgary East Village to lead all hotel operations and drive financial performance. You will mobilize and coach the team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while upholding the Germain Hotels culture of hospitality.

The role requires 5–10 years in a general or operations management position within hotels, with experience in food & beverage and luxury/boutique properties.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in hospitality/management.
• 5–10 years as general or operations manager in a hotel.
• Experience in food & beverage and luxury/boutique properties.
• Proven ability to coach, inspire and mobilize teams.
• Strong professionalism, enthusiasm and customer service mindset.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Diploma in hotel management or bachelor's degree in management
• 5 to 10 years' experience as a general or operations manager in a hotel - experience in food and beverage management as well as in luxury or boutique hotels
• Natural ability to coach, inspire, and mobilize teams
• Professionalism, enthusiasm, initiative, and customer service skills
• Good analytical skills and ability to manage time and priorities
