Position Overview: The Saskatoon Club is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our team and uphold our vision to be the preferred meeting place for Saskatoon’s influential and business community leaders. Reporting to the Board of Directors through the President, the General Manager will oversee all Club operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: The General Manager will manage all aspects of Club operations, including activities and relationships with members, guests, employees, and the community. They will develop and implement innovative operating policies, programs, and procedures. Additionally, the General Manager will monitor financial objectives and prepare annual budgets and financial reports. They will oversee human resources, including training and professional development, and coordinate marketing and member relations programs to promote the Club’s services. Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory matters is also a key responsibility.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and build strong teams. A post-secondary degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred. The candidate should have exceptional standards of service and member satisfaction, strong analytical skills, and experience in financial management. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in private club environments, is highly valued.
