Accountability: Members, Regulatory Authorities, Donors and Funders, Beneficiaries, Internal Stakeholders

Position Overview:

We Care International is seeking a dynamic, mission-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into its next phase of impact and growth. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, the CEO will oversee day-to-day operations, provide strategic leadership, and represent We Care International globally. This is a volunteer position, ideal for a visionary leader passionate about seniors’ wellness, minority youth empowerment, and global humanitarian support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of We Care International’s strategic plan in line with the vision and goals of the Board.
• Collaborate with Country Liaisons to oversee and support operations in all countries where We Care International is active.
• Drive the growth of membership and donor support across all regions.
• Represent the organization in partnerships, community forums, and fundraising events.
• Ensure compliance with grant requirements and reporting obligations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in a nonprofit or community-based organization
• Passion for humanitarian and social development work
• Strong strategic thinking, fundraising, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse communities and stakeholders
• Experience working with Boards and reporting to them
