  • Review financial performance, manage expenditures, and drive profitability.
  • Oversee banking, reconciliations, and reporting of sales and operations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align local operations with corporate strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement innovative solutions.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the community, promoting business growth and strong relationships.

Job description

The General Manager is the driving force behind the success and culture of their assigned location(s); according to set goals and business objectives. With a balance of entrepreneurial spirit and strong operational expertise, this role is accountable for overall profitability, compliance, and team leadership. The General Manager will cultivate a guest-first environment, shift culture through empowerment, and align daily operations with long-term business strategy.

This role requires a leader who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and has experience working within unionized environments, ensuring collaboration, fairness, and respect are at the core of team engagement whilst aligning with business strategy.
