With the support of a District Manager (DM), you will manage daily operations and staff of a Wendy’s restaurant in your market. You will be responsible for executing all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. Your goal will be to achieve all restaurant objectives while adhering to Company guidelines, local laws, and ethical business practices. You will lead, interview, select, train, and develop all Shift Supervisors, Team Trainers, and Crew with your DM's support.
