• Allouer des ressources matérielles, humaines et financières pour mettre en œuvre des politiques et programmes organisationnels.
• Autoriser et organiser la création de départements majeurs et des postes de personnel senior associés.
• Co-ordonner le travail des régions, divisions ou départements.
• Établir des objectifs pour l'organisation et formuler ou approuver des politiques et programmes.
• Représenter l'organisation, ou déléguer des représentants pour agir au nom de l'organisation, lors de négociations ou d'autres fonctions officielles.
• Établir des contrôles financiers et administratifs; formuler et approuver des campagnes promotionnelles; et approuver la planification des ressources humaines.

• Salary 25.00 hourly / 35 hours per week

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Tasks

• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
• Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
• Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
