Job summary

Wilson Blanchard Management, An Associa® Company, is seeking a General Licensed Condominium Manager for our Toronto office. You will provide exceptional service to condominium owners and residents, lead board meetings, and manage budgets and contractor relations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will meet CMRAO licensing, hold a valid driver’s license, and have strong communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of the Condominium Act of Ontario and Yardi is preferred.

Qualifications

• Meet CMRAO licensing requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Strong communication with external and internal customers.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Experience using Yardi or similar financial software.
• Knowledge of the Condominium Act of Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to condominium owners and residents.
• Attend and organize Board meetings, record minutes, and chair annual general meetings and other owners’ meetings as needed.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare monthly manager reports.
• Draft annual operating and reserve fund budget.
• Manage projects, emergencies, contracts and contractors.
• Administer budgeting, analyze expenses, and code invoices.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to condominium owners and residents
• Organize and attend Board meetings, record minutes and organize/chair annual general meetings and other owners’ meetings as needed
• Conduct site inspections and complete monthly manager reports
• Draft annual operating and reserve fund budget
• Manage projects, emergencies, contracts and contractors
• Administer financial matters including budgeting, analyzing expenses, reviewing and coding invoices.

Requirements

• Meet all annual industry licensing requirements with the CMRAO
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
• Ability to communicate effectively with external and internal customers
• Excellent organizational, time management and prioritizing skills; ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects
• Critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning; ability to identify problems and create resolution
• Technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of various legislation, including the Condominium Act of Ontario
• Experience using Yardi and/or similar financial software

Pay: CA$80,000.00 per year
