Associa is seeking an On-Site General Licensed Condominium Manager for our Toronto office. You will be responsible for daily on-site leadership, board meeting coordination, and financial oversight to support a portfolio of condo communities.
The ideal candidate will possess CMRAO licensing, a valid drivers license, and strong communication and organizational skills. Knowledge of the Condominium Act of Ontario and experience with Yardi are highly valued.
