Job summary

Mainroad Group is seeking a General Labourer to join the Cobra Electric team at the Port Kells yard. This full-time position reports to the Yard Supervisor and offers an entry point with potential for growth within the company.

Ideal candidates have Grade 12, a valid driver’s license, a team-oriented and safety-conscious mindset, and can work in all weather conditions. Forklift training is provided, and duties include recycling, cleaning, tool handling, and equipment loading/unloading.

• Grade 12 education.
• Valid Class 5 or 7 driver’s license.
• Team player with a positive “can do” attitude.
• Willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Dedicated, committed and safety conscious.

Responsibilities

• Managing the recycling program for various electrical parts.
• Cleaning and maintaining supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas.
• Operating hand and power tools of all types.
• Maintain and clean equipment and tools as, as required;
• Loading and unloading equipment (forklift training provided).

• Pay or shift range: $18 CAD to $20 CAD
  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position.
