Progistix is seeking a General Labourer (SR3) to support warehouse operations in Montreal. You will perform receiving, shipping and inventory management, while using SAP and in-house software. A forklift license and bilingual English/French ability are required to ensure safe, efficient workflows alongside team members.

Role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and strong interpersonal communication to service clients across Canada. Training on RF equipment and safety protocols is provided on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse environment is required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a team.
• Forklift license is preferred; training available on site.
• Fluent in French and English is required.
• RF equipment knowledge is an asset.

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION

The primary role of a General Labourer (SR3) is to perform general warehouse functions: receiving, shipping, inventory management, software handling.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Handling of software like SAP, Office Suite, and other in-house platforms
• Use handling equipment such as the Raymond forklift (Reach truck)
• Perform tasks in accordance with established procedures
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients
• Work safely and follow safe driving procedures
• Maintain an organized and clean environment
• Perform other general warehousing tasks assigned to him by the Management
• Demonstrates diligence in accomplishing workload with consistent and sincere effort
• Demonstrates accuracy, completeness and reliability
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and responds quickly to customer inquiries

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Oral and written skills in French and English
• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Ability to lift 50 lbs loads
• Ability to work in a team and possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Have a very good ability to focus and a positive attitude
• Forklift license valid – Training available on site
• Knowledge of radio frequency (RF) equipment– asset

EDUCATION

• Post-secondary diplomas related to logistics is an asset
