ACCU-STAFF is hiring general labourers for a busy tomato processing facility in Leamington, Ontario. This full-time role includes 40+ hours per week, paid training, and shifts across days, afternoons, and midnights. Training is provided, and overtime may be available during peak periods.

Reliable transport is required. You will work with a production team to process and inspect products, maintain quality standards, and help keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Competenze

• No previous food processing experience required.
• Must have full availability for all three shifts.
• Reliable transportation required for all scheduled shifts.

Mansioni

• Perform general labour and production duties throughout the facility.
• Work in different areas of production, including conveyor lines, bin building, and flume operations.
• Inspect tomatoes throughout the production process to maintain quality standards.
• Remove vines, leaves and other unwanted materials from production lines.
• Identify and remove products that do not meet quality requirements.
• Monitor production areas for potential product, equipment, or safety concerns.
• Keep workstations and surrounding production areas clean and organized.
• Follow established food safety, quality, and workplace health and safety procedures.
• Assist in different departments or production areas based on daily operational requirements.
