ACCU-STAFF is seeking dependable, hardworking, and adaptable individuals for casual General Labour opportunities with established manufacturing clients. These positions are ideal for students, individuals seeking supplemental income, or anyone interested in gaining practical experience in manufacturing and production. As a General Labourer, you'll support various production and warehouse activities depending on the needs of each assignment. These are casual, on-call positions, meaning shifts and weekly hours will vary based on client requirements and are not guaranteed. Important: Availability to work both Saturdays and Sundays is mandatory. Additional weekday availability is considered an asset.

What You'll Be Doing

Duties will vary depending on the assignment and may include:

• Perform general labour and production support activities
• Assist with assembly, packaging, sorting, quality inspections, and material handling
• Prepare materials, components, and finished products for production or shipment
• Inspect products for defects, damage, and quality concerns
• Complete repetitive and physically active tasks throughout the shift
• Follow work instructions, production procedures, and client-specific requirements
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations and production areas
• Wear and properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Follow workplace health and safety policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support daily operations
• Assist across different departments as production demands change
• Adapt to new assignments, duties, and work environments
• Arrive on time and prepared for every accepted shift
• Perform assignments that may involve outdoor work and changing weather conditions
