The role offers a two-week day shift followed by two-week night shift, with overtime opportunities and long-term employment potential in a safety-focused facility.

Build a Stronger Future in Manufacturing with ACCU-STAFF Are you an experienced Machine Operator searching for a full-time position that offers steady hours, overtime opportunities, and long-term employment potential?

ACCU-STAFF is currently recruiting skilled and dependable Machine Operators for an established aluminum extrusion manufacturing facility in Lakeshore, Ontario.

As a Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently while ensuring products meet required quality standards.

Your day-to-day work will include operating machinery, monitoring equipment, performing quality inspections, making basic adjustments, and troubleshooting production concerns.

We're looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined, reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Shift Schedule

• Two weeks on day shift, followed by two weeks on night shift
• Day Shift: 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
• Night Shift: 6:30 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.
• Every other weekend off
• Full-time hours
• Must have full availability for both day and night rotations

What You'll Be Doing

• Set up, operate, and monitor aluminum extrusion and other production equipment
• Monitor machinery throughout the shift to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Make basic equipment adjustments to maintain production flow
• Perform regular quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process
• Inspect finished products for defects, damage, inconsistencies, and other quality concerns
• Use measuring tools to verify product dimensions and specifications
• Read and follow work orders, production instructions, and technical documentation
• Accurately complete required production, inspection, and quality records
• Troubleshoot basic machine and production issues
• Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, and potential safety hazards
• Assist with material handling and other production duties when required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and properly use required PPE
• Work closely with team members to achieve daily production, quality, and safety goals
