Responsibilities

• Contributes to a healthy work environment while maintaining food safety standards.
• Assemble and disassemble designated equipment.
• Work on the production line to process pork products.
• Inspect, weigh, and ensure product quality during processing.
• Follow curing processes and maintain product specifications.
• Move and lift materials such as skids and tanks as needed.
• Troubleshoot equipment and assist in making improvements.
