ACCU-STAFF is hiring Cannabis Production Associates for a full-time contract in Leamington, Ontario. You will support daily production activities including packaging, labeling, product inspection, sanitation, and quality control in a highly regulated environment.

Prior cannabis experience isn’t required; candidates with manufacturing, food production, packaging or general labour backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Pay: CA$17.60 per hour Full-Time Contract | Leamington, ON Build Your Production Experience with ACCU-STAFF Looking for a full-time, hands-on opportunity where you can build your manufacturing skills and gain experience in the cannabis production industry? ACCU-STAFF is currently hiring dependable and detail-oriented Cannabis Production Associates for a valued client located in Leamington, Ontario. In this role, you'll support daily production activities including packaging, labeling, product inspection, sanitation, and quality control. You'll work in a highly regulated production environment where following procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and paying close attention to detail are essential. Previous cannabis experience is not required. Candidates with experience in manufacturing, food production, packaging, general labour, or other fast-paced production environments are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Be Doing

• Packaging, labeling, inspecting, and preparing cannabis products according to established procedures
• Checking finished products and packaging for accuracy, consistency, and quality
• Verifying labels, batch information, and required production documentation
• Preparing packaging materials, supplies, and workstations for daily production
• Performing repetitive production and general labour duties throughout the shift
• Following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Production Practices (GPP)
• Cleaning and sanitizing equipment, tools, workstations, and production areas
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and production-ready workspace
• Following applicable Health Canada requirements and company quality standards
• Wearing and properly using all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Supporting packaging, inspection, sanitation, quality control, and other production areas as needed
• Following all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
• Working collaboratively with the production team to meet daily quality, safety, and production targets
