Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore North Vancouver Island is seeking a General Laborer to support restoration projects. You will assist technicians and project managers, perform demolition, and help return properties to pre-loss condition with a focus on safety and quality.

This role is physically active and offers on-the-job training, advancement opportunities, and a team-oriented environment where dependable, motivated individuals can grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous construction or general labour experience is an asset but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift heavy materials.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work independently when required.
• Valid Class 5 driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform demolition and remove damaged building materials.
• Clean and prepare job sites.
• Assist with equipment setup, operation, and cleanup.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow all company safety policies and WorkSafeBC requirements.
• Support technicians and project managers as required.
• Deliver professional customer service while working in clients' homes and businesses.

Position Overview

Compensación: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
