Job summary

First Onsite Restoration is seeking a hands-on Labourer to help keep restoration and construction projects moving. You'll work with an experienced crew, operate tools, and help keep sites clean, safe and organized while learning across service lines.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of tools, materials, and construction or cleaning techniques.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job.
• Proficient with mobile devices and relevant applications.
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Effective communication and a positive team attitude.
• Valid full class driver's license and clean driving record.
• Fit test and safety certifications are required.
• Rotating on-call schedule participation.
• Ability to handle lifting, bending, climbing and PPE use.

Responsibilities

• Load the truck and gear up for daily site work.
• Travel to restoration sites and assist crew on projects.
• Assist with debris removal, equipment setup and teardown.
• Support demolition or cleanup tasks as needed.
• Learn from experienced teammates and master trade tools.
• Keep work areas clean, safe and organized for everyone.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LABOURER

As a Labourer, you're right in the action, helping turn damaged spaces into fresh starts. You'll load up the truck, gear up, and head to sites where every job brings something different. One day, you might be clearing debris or setting up equipment; the next, helping with demolition or cleanup after a major restoration. You'll learn from experienced teammates, master the tools of the trade, and take pride in leaving each site safer and better than when you arrived. Your hard work and drive keep projects on track and customers one step closer to getting their spaces back.

Q Qualifications

• Includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule
• Ability to complete work activities that may involve material handling, lifting, climbing, and the use of personal protective equipment including respirators, safety footwear, and other required gear
