Job summary

Weldco-Beales Manufacturing is seeking a motivated team member to support our manufacturing process by following work orders and assisting with various manual duties. Reporting to the Machine Shop Foreman, you will contribute to productivity on the shop floor.

This role requires attention to safety, the ability to read work orders, and basic tool skills. We offer multiple schedule options, competitive pay, and a commitment to employee development in a dynamic, safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of grade 10.
• Ability to operate Fork Lift an asset, training may be provided.
• Excellent safety record.
• Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively and cooperatively with others.
• Time management, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Sort metal sheets and parts, scrap metal and other materials.
• Load and unload metal parts from fixtures and moves parts using hand truck or dolly.
• Grind and deburr sharp edges from metal parts using hand and power tools.
• Read and interpret work orders.
• Follow directions given on work orders and by co-workers.
• Transport raw materials and finished metal products manually, using hoists or other devices.
• Operate Fork Lifts, jib and overhead cranes.
• Perform other duties as required.

Who Are You?
