Job summary

Decoustics, based in Woodbridge, Canada, is seeking a General Labourer to support manufacturing through production tasks including sanding, trimming, laminating, packaging, and material handling.

You will read work orders and drawings, safely operate hand and pneumatic tools, move products between stations, and maintain clean, organized work areas while upholding safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings and documentation.
• Accurately use imperial and metric tapes; strong attention to detail.

Decoustics has an exciting career opportunity for a General Labour based in Woodbridge to join our team. This is a great chance to join a Top Employer and contribute to our growth and success.

The General Labourer supports the manufacturing process by helping maintain an efficient flow of production throughout all stages of operations. This role provides non-technical support to Operators and Technicians by performing a variety of production and assembly tasks, including sanding, trimming, laminating, resining, packaging, material handling, and order picking. The successful candidate will read and follow work orders, production drawings, and manufacturing documentation, safely operate hand and pneumatic tools, move products between workstations, and maintain clean and organized work areas. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and flexibility to work in different areas of the plant as needed to meet production requirements.
