Select Finishing in Ontario is seeking a General Labour to support production operations in a high-standard finishing facility. You will handle loading, unloading, inspection, and preparation of parts to maintain quality through the paint-finishing process.

The role requires basic manufacturing knowledge, physical stamina, and a keen eye for detail, with emphasis on safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing procedures.
• Ability to lift moderate to heavy objects and work on feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in an industrial setting.

Job Purpose
