Compass Group Canada (Beaver) Ltd. is seeking a Multi Skilled Worker to support daily operations in our care environment. You will perform housekeeping, assist with food preparation and meal service, and help with dishwashing while maintaining cleanliness.

The role emphasizes teamwork, following written and verbal instructions, and strict adherence to health and safety guidelines. A valid Food Handler Certificate and RAIC are required; prior healthcare experience is an asset.

Formación

• Valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent.
• RAIC valid at all times.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

• Strong English language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain cleanliness of residents' rooms and common areas.
• Assist with food preparation, set up and cleanup of chairs & tables, serving meals, delivering trays to residents, dishwashing.
• Follow health and safety guidelines; report injuries and hazards to supervisor.
• Work collaboratively with team to meet daily operational needs.
• Adhere to instructions from management and comply with all policies.

How you will make an impact:

You will be responsible for supporting our daily operations with a wide range of tasks such as cleaning, food preparation, serving meals, and dishwashing.

As a Multi Skilled Worker, you will:

• Perform housekeeping duties such as maintaining the cleanliness of residents’ rooms and common areas.
• Assist with food preparation, set up and cleanup of chairs & tables, serving meals, delivering trays to residents, dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Perform duties according to health & safety guidelines, report all injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediately and other reasonable requests from management

About you:

• You must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
• Previous housekeeping and food services experience is an asset
• Previous experience in the healthcare environment or long-term care setting is preferred
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of English language, both verbal and written and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• The employee must obtain and maintain a valid Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) as condition of employment. Failure to maintain a valid RAIC at any time during employment may result in suspension or termination of employment.

Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
