Compass Group Canada is seeking a Multi Skilled Worker to support daily operations in a healthcare setting in Calgary. You will perform housekeeping, assist with food preparation, set up and serve meals, deliver trays, and dishwashing while maintaining kitchen cleanliness.

You will follow health and safety guidelines, report injuries promptly, and work both independently and as part of a team. A valid Food Handler Certificate and RAIC are required; healthcare experience is an asset.

Formación

• Valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent is required.
• Previous housekeeping and food services experience is an asset.
• Previous experience in the healthcare environment or long-term care setting is preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English language, both verbal and written, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Employee must obtain and maintain a valid RAIC as a condition of employment.

As a Multi Skilled Worker, You Will

• Perform housekeeping duties such as maintaining the cleanliness of residents’ rooms and common areas.
• Assist with food preparation, set up and cleanup of chairs & tables, serving meals, delivering trays to residents, dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Perform duties according to health & safety guidelines, report all injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediately and other reasonable requests from management.

About You

• You must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
• Previous housekeeping and food services experience is an asset
• Previous experience in the healthcare environment or long-term care setting is preferred
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of English language, both verbal and written and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• The employee must obtain and maintain a valid Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) as condition of employment. Failure to maintain a valid RAIC at any time during employment may result in suspension or termination of employment.

Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
