Compass Group Canada (Beaver) Ltd. is seeking a Multi Skilled Worker to support daily operations in our facility in Canada. You will handle housekeeping, food preparation, meal service, and dishwashing to help deliver quality care.

Responsibilities include maintaining resident rooms and shared areas, assisting with meals, and ensuring cleanliness of kitchens while following health and safety guidelines. English communication is required; ability to work independently or in a team is essential.

Formación

• Must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent.
• Previous housekeeping and food services experience is an asset.
• Healthcare environment or long-term care experience preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English language, both verbal and written and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Perform housekeeping duties including maintaining cleanliness of residents' rooms and common areas.
• Assist with food preparation, setup and cleanup of chairs & tables, serving meals, delivering trays to residents, dishwashing and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, report injuries and hazards to supervisor, and comply with management requests.

How you will make an impact:

You will be responsible for supporting our daily operations with a wide range of tasks such as cleaning, food preparation, serving meals, and dishwashing.

As a Multi Skilled Worker, you will:

• Perform housekeeping duties such as maintaining the cleanliness of residents rooms and common areas.
• Assist with food preparation, set up and cleanup of chairs & tables, serving meals, delivering trays to residents, dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Perform duties according to health & safety guidelines, report all injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediately and other reasonable requests from management

About you:

• You must have a valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent
• Previous housekeeping and food services experience is an asset
• Previous experience in the healthcare environment or long-term care setting is preferred
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of English language, both verbal and written and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

The hourly wage rate for this position is $17.95. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
