Job summary

Adfast, a Montreal-based manufacturer of eco-friendly adhesives and sealants, seeks a Production General Helper to join our day shift team. Under supervision, you will assist with filling, packaging, labeling, and cleaning, supporting smooth production operations.

Responsibilities include operating packaging lines, ensuring quality control, managing pallets and inventory, and using the Warehouse Management System. Must be able to lift 20 kg and hold a forklift license.

Qualifications

• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Holds a valid forklift operator's license.
• Ability to handle physically demanding work and comfortably lift loads of 20 kg repeatedly.
• Ability to organize your work environment safely.

Job Description

Under the supervision of the Production Supervisor, the Production Assistant is responsible for assisting with various tasks related to production operations, including filling, packaging, labeling, and cleaning. Duties may vary depending on needs.

Working Conditions:

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, Day shift, Hours selected from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Salary : Starting with $22.00 an hour

Status : Permanent

Main Tasks and Responsabilities:
