You will rotate between stations, assist with line changeovers, report issues, and maintain a clean workspace. The role supports a collaborative team and offers progression within a closed-loop production setting.

Responsibilities

• Load empty trays into the denesting equipment.
• Place the correct quantity of food components into trays according to product specifications.
• Rotate between workstations within the production line as required.
• Assist with production line changeovers and help maintain efficient line speeds.
• Identify and report equipment or production issues to the Lead Hand, Supervisor, or Maintenance team.
• Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet customer and company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all product-specific SOPs for food components and packaging materials.

Position Summary
