Job summary

Compass Group Canada is seeking a Multi Skilled Worker to support daily operations in our kitchen and dining areas. You will assist with food preparation, set up and cleanup of chairs and tables, serve meals, deliver trays to residents, and maintain kitchen cleanliness.

The role requires following health and safety guidelines, reporting injuries and hazards, and collaborating with a team to ensure smooth service. Strong English communication and the ability to work independently are assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in food services is an asset or preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, set up and cleanup of chairs & tables, serving meals, delivering trays to residents, dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen.

You will be responsible for supporting our daily operations with a wide range of tasks such as cleaning, food preparation, serving meals, and dishwashing.

As a Multi Skilled Worker, you will:

• Assist with food preparation, set up and cleanup of chairs & tables, serving meals, delivering trays to residents, dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen.
• Perform duties according to health & safety guidelines, report all injuries and hazards to the supervisor immediately and other reasonable requests from management

About you:

• Previous food services experience is an asset
• Previous experience in the food service preferred
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of English language, both verbal and written and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
