Job summary

Panoramic Properties Inc. is seeking a construction laborer to work on-site at a Niagara Falls-area location. You will load, unload and transport materials and assist in framing houses, erect walls and building roofs as required.

This physically demanding role requires attention to detail and the ability to work outdoors in noisy, dusty conditions. No formal degree is required; on-the-job training is provided to new hires.

Qualifications

• No degree, certificate or diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload and transport construction materials.
• Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades.
• Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
• Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction.
• Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs.
• Pave and rake asphalt.
• Clean and pile salvaged materials.
• Perform routine maintenance work.
• Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
• Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
• Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
