TST-CF Express in Edmonton is hiring Class 1 Drivers for City (Pick-up and Delivery). You will drive locally, ensure secure loads, and maintain strong communication with dispatch. This is a unionized role with shifts assigned by seniority and requires availability for any shift (24-hour operations).

Ideal candidates have a Class 1 license with air brake endorsement and a clean driver’s abstract. Reliable transportation and the ability to work in a fast-paced team are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of Class 1 driving experience, local P&D preferred.
• Familiarity with local Edmonton routes is an asset.
• Must be available for any shift (24-hour operations).
• Candidates must pass a criminal background and drug test (company paid).

Responsabilités

• Drive various Class 1 vehicles for city pick-up and delivery.
• Ensure loads are secured and delivered locally.
• Maintain daily communication with dispatch/yard control.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and safety checks.
• Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

We are hiring Class 1 Drivers for City (Pick-up and Delivery) in Edmonton.

What you will be doing:

• Flexibility to drive various Class 1 vehicles and equipment, must be able to drive manual transmission
• Ensure secure loads, pick-up and deliver freight locally
• Have a natural customer service focus
• Maintain routine communication with dispatch/yard control
• Perform daily inspections and safety checks
• Work in a team-oriented, fast paced environment
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

• You have a Class 1 license, air brake endorsement, and a clean driver’s abstract
• Minimum one year of Class 1 driving experience, local P&D preferred
• Familiarity with local area truck routes, industrial zones and dangerous goods routes is an asset
• This is a unionized position and shifts are determined on a seniority basis. All candidates must be available for any shift (24-hour operations)
• Candidates must have reliable means of transportation to get to work
• Candidates must pass a criminal background and drug test for illegal substance - company paid
