Job summary

Ultramar is seeking an operations supervisor to manage day-to-day store activities at our Ontario gas bar and convenience store. You will steer staffing, inventory, pricing policies, promotions, and service standards to ensure efficient performance.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of retail leadership, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused mindset to maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2 years of retail/store management experience.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities
