Job summary

Lake Country Co-op in Shellbrook, Saskatchewan is hiring a permanent part-time Gas Bar Clerk for our C-Store/Gas Bar location. You will greet guests, dispense fuel and propane, operate the POS, and provide Legendary Service in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.

This role requires strong cash handling, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Flexible schedule including weekends/evenings/holidays. WHMIS or propane certification may be pursued.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate honesty and reliability with a strong customer focus.
• Provide Legendary Service at all touchpoints with guests.
• Learn and operate the POS, pumps and propane dispensing.
• Prioritize safety as the highest priority in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically capable of standing, lifting 20–25 lbs, indoors/outdoors.

Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of permanent part-time Gas Bar Clerk (24-39 Hours/Week) at our C-Store/Gas Bar location in Shellbrook, Saskatchewan.

Reporting to the C-Store Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:

• Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
• Provide Legendary Service at all touch points through various communication channels.
• Provide pump island and in-store service; serve guests, dispense fuel and propane, operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, stock shelves, face shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Ensure safety is held as the highest priority.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly location at all times.
• Ability to learn and understand the POS system, pumps, propane.
• Receive, price and display merchandise as required as specified by the team leader.
• Complete the necessary daily reconciliations and reports.
• Follow company policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
• Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
