Groupe Dynamite's GARAGE store in Charlottetown is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

You will recruit, train and coach staff, maximize profitability and maintain operational standards while inspiring the team to exceed targets and build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience.
• Passion for fashion and customer-oriented.
• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities.

• Is available to work on flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs.
