GARAGE, part of Groupe Dynamite Inc., is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional shopping experience across our North America stores. You will recruit, train, coach staff, manage daily operations, and drive sales and profitability while upholding brand standards and customer service excellence.

You will manage scheduling, stock, and performance metrics to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience
• Demonstrates flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills

Job summary

Reporting to the District Manager, your main focus as Store Manager is to promote a positive shopping experience and build loyal customer relationships. You produce outstanding business results by leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and excellent standards. You demonstrate great leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching your team members. You maximize the store’s profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience
• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented
• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities
• Demonstrate the ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
