Groupe Dynamite is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving store performance. You will lead the floor team, optimize sales, and promote a positive shopping environment across our Garage & Dynamite locations.

The role emphasizes leadership, adaptability, and collaboration, with a focus on delivering exceptional service while meeting store goals and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment.
• Passion for fashion and exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate organizational, solving and decision making abilities.
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions.

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as Sales Assistant Manager is to assist the Store Manager by providing leadership that optimizes sales results, with specific ownership of the customer experience on the sales floor. Through effective floor management, you will ensure the promotion of a positive shopping experience for each customer, while leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and increase traffic through digital platforms. You are an integral part of the success of your store!
