Job summary

Groupe Dynamite is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer experiences across our Garage and Dynamite locations in Canada. You will drive daily operations, coaching and developing staff while meeting sales and productivity targets.

You will recruit, train, and inspire team members, ensuring outstanding standards, partnership, and a positive shopping environment. This role requires a flexible schedule and a passion for fashion and customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or related discipline is an asset.
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in fashion clothing or equivalent.
• Passion for fashion with strong customer focus.
• Demonstrates problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Promotes participation, creativity and learning through sharing best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team to drive store performance and customer experience.
• Recruit, train and coach team members to deliver excellent standards and sales results.
• Manage scheduling, operations and visual merchandising to maximize profitability.
• Build loyal customer relationships and promote teamwork, collaboration and accountability.

Job summary

Reporting to the District Manager, your main focus as Store Manager is to promote a positive shopping experience and build loyal customer relationships. You produce outstanding business results by leading and inspiring a high performing team to drive operational efficiency and excellent standards. You demonstrate great leadership through recruiting, training, and coaching your team members. You maximize the store’s profitability by achieving and surpassing sales and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
• 3-5 years of management experience, preferably in a fashion clothing environment, or equivalent management experience
• Has passion for fashion & is customer-oriented
• Demonstrates solving skills and decision making abilities
• Demonstrate the ability to promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others
• Demonstrate flexibility, innovation and sense of urgency in identifying and reacting to the changing business environment by contributing impactful ideas and solutions
• Excellent organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
