Groupe Dynamite is seeking a Sales Team Lead to supervise and motivate a high-performing in-store team. You will ensure a welcoming shopping experience, coach staff on sales techniques, and manage daily operations to maximize store performance.

You will build lasting customer relationships through personalized service, maintain a fast-paced but organized environment, and adapt to evolving fashion trends while meeting business needs.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset
• Has passion for fashion
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering an exceptionally high level of attention and service
• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset
• Is available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs
